Datamobility Corporation (“Datamobility,” “we,” “us,” “our”) is a Philippine-registered software company (SEC Registration No. — CS201615356 is headquartered at Units 1103 and 1102, Galleria Corporate Center, EDSA corner Ortigas Avenue, Ortigas Center, Ugong Norte, Quezon City, Philippines. We develop and market QuickCampus®, Campus++, parentUpp, studentUpp®, and related software-as-a-service (SaaS) solutions for educational institutions.

2. Scope of this notice

This notice applies to personal information we collect:

  1. When you submit a LinkedIn Lead Gen Form for any Datamobility ad (Everything you need to know on LinkedIn Lead Gen Forms -)
  2. When you submit a Facebook Lead Ad/Instant Form or any Facebook sign-up form for our products (Privacy Policy for Facebook Lead Ads - TermsFeed)
  3. When you complete a sign-up, contact-us, or demo-request form on any web page we own or operate

3. What personal data do we collect

4. Why do we collect it & our legal bases

5. Who we share it with

We never sell your data. We share it only with service providers (“processors”) bound by written agreements, for the purposes above:

  • CRM & marketing automation: HubSpot / Zoho
  • Email broadcast: SendGrid / Mailgun
  • Cloud hosting & backup: NetActuate, InterServer, AWS Singapore
  • Advertising platforms (to measure campaign ROI): LinkedIn, Meta (Facebook & Instagram)

We rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards for international transfers where these providers are outside the Philippines or the EU/EEA (§7).

6. How long do we keep your data

7. International transfers

Your data may be stored on Hong Kong, Singapore, or the United States servers. Where required, we sign EU Standard Contractual Clauses or use other transfer tools recognised by regulators to ensure your information remains protected at a level equivalent to Philippine and EU law.

8. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may:

  • Access your data and get a copy
  • Correct inaccurate or incomplete data
  • Delete your data (right to erasure / “right to be forgotten”)
  • Withdraw consent at any time
  • Restrict or object to specific processing
  • Port your data to another provider (GDPR only)
  • Lodge a complaint

    • EU/EEA: Your local supervisory authority
    • California: Office of the Attorney General

To exercise any right, email privacy@datamobilitycorp.com with the subject “Data-rights request.” We may ask you to verify your identity.

California addendum (CCPA / CPRA)

We have not sold and do not sell or share personal information for monetary value during the last 12 months.
You may direct us to stop future “sharing” for cross-context advertising via the “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” link in the site footer (§1798.135, California Civil Code).

9. Cookies & similar technologies

Our websites and ads use cookies, pixels, and local storage to:

  • remember your form entries,
  • measure ad campaign performance, and
  • analyse traffic to improve user experience.

You can refuse or delete cookies in your browser settings. Our Cookie Policy (linked in the footer) provides a detailed cookie list and opt-out instructions.

10. How do we protect your data

  • Encryption in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest (AES-256)
  • Role-based access controls; multi-factor authentication for staff
  • Quarterly vulnerability scans; annual penetration tests
  • Incident-response plan aligned with NPC Circular 16-03 breach-reporting rules

11. Updates to this policy

We will post any changes on this page and, for material changes, notify you by email or through a banner on our site at least 15 days before they take effect. Check the “last updated” date at the top.
